Make a request

Email us from the email address registered to your Outdraw account. Include your Outdraw username and use the subject line Outdraw account deletion request.

What happens next

1. We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
2. We permanently delete the account and associated player profile, cosmetics, rank, leaderboard entry, and match statistics.
3. We email you once the request is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Before you request deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Removing the Outdraw app or logging out does not delete an account. Some limited information may be retained only when needed to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
